Allison is a General Partner at Tyche Income Fund, where she leads high-value real estate developments, including a senior living village in Garland and a modern apartment complex in Denton. She is also the Co-Founder of Dallas Hub, leveraging her expertise in cross-border business, relocation, and real estate to help Taiwan-based companies successfully expand into the U.S. market.

Jonathan is a business development leader for TYC Environmental Technology, where he specializes in connecting global manufacturers with US markets., bringing expertise in international trade, sustainable supply chains, and finance. He is passionate about leveraging his cross-cultural expertise to foster stronger economic and professional ties between Dallas and Taiwan. Jonathan also brings sharp financial acumen from his role as acquisitions at The Milestone Group, where he analyzed transactions totaling over $700 million. A graduate of Tunghai University Architecture Department with an MBA from Southern Methodist University, he is native speaker in English and Mandarin.
