With about 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, I have extensive expertise in production management, global sourcing, and product development across kids’, women’s, and men’s apparel. I have led and managed teams overseeing production with factories in China, India, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the United States. I have strong experience communicating and negotiating with factories to achieve target costs and meet margin goals. I proactively identify opportunities to adjust fabrics, materials, trims, and design specifications to achieve cost targets while maintaining the integrity and overall vision of the product. I am highly proactive when it comes to identifying potential production challenges and taking action before they impact timelines or product launches. When issues arise, I work closely with factories to develop effective solutions, resolve problems quickly, and keep production and deliveries on schedule. My strengths include global production management, factory relationships, cost negotiation, problem-solving, team leadership, and ensuring products are delivered on time while meeting quality and cost expectations. A little about me, I was born and raised in Dallas, but moved to Los Angeles for school and work, where I lived for nearly 18 years. It was in Los Angeles that I met my husband and where we welcomed our first son. About five years ago, we moved back to Dallas to be closer to family and put down roots. Since then, we’ve welcomed two more sons, and life has been wonderfully busy! As a working mom with three young boys, I often joke that I’m working 24/7—but I wouldn’t have it any other way. When we’re not busy with work and family life, we enjoy spending time outdoors when the Texas heat allows, cooking and baking together, and making memories with our family. Family is at the heart of everything we do, and I’m grateful for the full, sometimes chaotic, but always rewarding life we’ve built together.
