Allison Chan | Vice President, GDTCC Allison Chan is a Vice President of the Greater Dallas Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce (GDTCC) and an experienced real estate professional specializing in both commercial and residential real estate throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. She works closely with business owners, corporate clients, investors, and families, providing strategic guidance in commercial property acquisition and leasing, industrial and warehouse facilities, site selection, investment properties, and residential sales and leasing. In addition to her real estate practice, Allison serves as Managing Director of Dallas Hub, a Dallas-based business consulting and corporate services firm dedicated to supporting Taiwanese and international companies establishing and expanding their operations in North Texas. Through Dallas Hub, Allison works with a network of local professionals to provide companies with a one-stop resource for establishing operations in Dallas–Fort Worth. Services include commercial real estate and site selection, business formation and corporate setup, accounting and tax coordination, banking and financial introductions, legal and professional resources, construction and facility support, recruiting and workforce resources, business development, local government and community connections, and corporate event services. With extensive connections throughout the DFW business and Taiwanese-American communities, Allison is passionate about serving as a bridge between Taiwan and Texas.
